Date & Time: Gather your teams on Saturday April 27th at noon for an unforgettable journey.

Location: We will start at the Sacred Hearts Club and then head out to tour the scenic town of Medina, NY, which serves as the backdrop for this charitable endeavor.

Objective: Teams will compete in a thrilling scavenger hunt, solving clues and completing challenges scattered across Medina, all while raising funds for the Kara Goheen Fur the Love of Animals Scholarship.

How It Works:

1. Team Formation: Rally your friends, family, and colleagues to form teams of enthusiastic participants. Each team should designate a captain to lead the way.
2. Registration: Register your team in advance to secure your spot in the scavenger hunt. Registration fees will directly contribute to the scholarship fund.
3. Kickoff: The event kicks off with a brief orientation and introduction to the scholarship's mission and impact at the Sacred Heart Club. 
4. Scavenger Hunt Begins: Armed with clue sheets and maps, teams set off to explore the town, deciphering clues and completing challenges at various checkpoints.
5. Challenges: Challenges may include animal-themed tasks, trivia questions, photo opportunities, and more, all designed to test your wit, creativity, and teamwork.
6. Fundraising: In addition to the registration fees, teams are encouraged to raise additional funds through sponsorships, pledges, and donations from friends, family, and community members.
7. Scoring: Teams earn points for each completed challenge and correctly solved clue. Bonus points may be awarded for outstanding fundraising efforts.
8. Finish Line Celebration: The scavenger hunt concludes with a celebratory gathering at a designated location, where teams can share their experiences, enjoy refreshments, and await the announcement of winners.
9. Prizes & Recognition: Prizes will be awarded to the top-performing teams based on their scavenger hunt scores, fundraising achievements, and overall enthusiasm. All participants will receive recognition for their contributions to the scholarship fund.
